Westlake Village (Calif.) sophomore receiver Jordan Payton ended the recruiting process earlier than most.

The Oaks Christian 2012 graduate has two years before he signs with a college, but he already knows what college he will attend. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound wide out will make his verbal commitment this afternoon.
