NC State has already shown a lot of interest in receivers from the state of South Carolina. The Pack has offered Kwinton Smith from Dillon High and Quinshad Davis from Gaffney High.

Another receiver target on the board from the Palmetto State is Chris Brown from Hanahan High.

Brown is a 6-foot-3, 175-pounder that claims a sub-4.5 second 40-yard dash time. He caught 51 passes for 1,105 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior and also returned a kickoff and punt for a score.
