April 15 marks the first day of the recruiting contact period, and for the second consecutive year, USC was burning up the phone lines while the rest of the PAC-12 was asleep. Making their first call at 2:45 a.m. PST, the USC coaching staff made most of their contacts for the month before sunrise.
