One player who remains very high on Rutgers has been getting a lot of attention from the Scarlet Knights for quite some time now. Erasmus Hall (Brooklyn, N.Y.) defensive back Wayne Morgan has held a Rutgers offer for more than a year and, now that his offer list is adding up, he still holds the Scarlet Knights in very high regard.
