Bost is working his way up UVa's wish list
There aren't many high school players in the country who have been as decorated in two sports as Concord (N.C) standout Demarquis Bost. The 6-foot-2, 175-pounder was recently names North Carolina's male athlete of the year, as he led his high school team to state 3A titles in football and basketball. But Bost's future looks to be on the hardwood, and his stock is on the rise, with Virginia among many suitors.
While Bost is set to graduate from Concord High School in a few weeks, he is still working on achieving a qualifying score on the SAT.
He could qualify for freshman eligibility in the fall, but Bost said "most likely" he is headed to Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Va., this fall and that he will join the class of 2008.
