NY prospect gains interest

Rochester (N.Y.) Aquinas Institute cornerback Jahmahl Pardner is one of the top cornerback prospects in upstate New York and he is gaining offers almost weekly now. One team that has not stepped up with an offer yet is Syracuse, but they remain aware of the prospect.

"Syracuse is interested in me, but they have not shown me much interest. They came to the school but did not ask to see me."

Despite the Orange not showing a lot of interest at this time Pardner remains interested in the team.

"I like Syracuse a lot. That is a New York school and I grew up watching them."

Since he does not hold a Syracuse offer he is looking to possibly take a quick ride down the New York State thruway for one of the Syracuse football camps.

"I want to go their camp and there is a good chance I do."

With Syracuse being one of his possible destinations for a summer camp he also has a few more in mind.

"I plan on going to Boston College, Rutgers, and Georgia Tech. This is not final list I will go to more."

As it stands now the Empire State prospect has four offers and he briefly talked about his most recent.

"Temple was my latest offer. I will go to that camp also. I thought that the offer was great. My other offers from Buffalo and Akron are great as well.
