The decision is in, and for the Georgia Bulldogs, it couldn't get any sweeter.
It doesn't get much better than winning a state championship, but there is always a point where it is time to move on.
Tucker defensive end/outside linebacker Josh Dawson knows the feeling.
His Tucker Tigers defeated Lovejoy in the GHSA Class AAAA final in December, but Dawson knew he didn't have long to celebrate.
"Going 16-0 and being champions is the best thing in the world," said Dawson. "Now I just have to think about my future and make the best decision."
Dawson is currently committed to Vanderbilt, and insists he is solid to the Commodores, but he has his reasons for taking his official visits.
"I really want to exhaust my resources," he said. "I don't want to leave any of my resources unused. I want to make sure I am seeing everything."
Dawson will visit the University Of Georgia this weekend for an official visit, and it is one he has been waiting to make.
"I know Georgia and they have recruited me," said Dawson. "Now I am going to go check things out."
The three star pass rusher also knows exactly what he will be looking for when he visits the Classic City.
"I'm looking for how I will fit in that defense," said Dawson. "I want to know how they are going to put me in a position to make plays and make an impact."
A familiar face will also greet the Peach State prospect.
"Chris Sanders, my former teammates, will be one of my hosts," said Dawson. "So I know him well and that will be cool."
As solid as Dawson may be to Vanderbilt, he knows that as he takes his final visits, he will have to make some tough decisions.
"Right now some things are up in the air with Georgia," said Dawson. "I'm just going to learn all I can and make a decision on February 1.
