2011 OkVarsity.com All State Combine

The OkVarsity.com All-State Football Combine is the premier high school athletic event in Oklahoma. It is an opportunity for the top players in Oklahoma to see where they stand with their peers from around the state, get unbiased testing numbers and learn fundamental skills from some of the state's top strength and conditioning coaches.

The state's top athletes attend the All-State Football Combines.

Produced by OkVarsity.com, this event gives all players an opportunity to showcase their skills and abilities.

Testing will be coordinated by Denny Bonewitz and his team at the Edge Sports Fitness. Bonewitz also serves as the North Texas director for the Nike camps and combines and has experience as a Division-I Strength and Conditioning coach at Houston, Cal, New Mexico and North Texas.

The OkVarsity.com All-State Football Combine is open to rising seniors (Class of 2012) and underclassmen (2013/2014) to showcase their skills and learn fundamental skills for their specific position.

You should bring the following:

Workout gear, shorts and/or sweats (You will be provided a shirt at registration)

Cross Training shoes and Football Cleats

Game or Highlight Tape (optional)

Snacks and water/Gatorade (highly encouraged)




All State Combine Information

Offensive Players Report at 8:30 AM

Defensive Players Report at 9:30 AM

Events:

40 Yard Dash: Each athlete will run two, timed 40's and the fastest time will be kept.

Vertical Jump: Each athlete will have two attempts. Best jump will be kept.

Bench Press: Max reps at 185 lbs. (Optional for each position group except for offensive and defensive linemen)

20-Yard Shuttle (Pro Agility): Two runs, fastest time kept

Kneeling Power Ball Toss: Each participant will attempt two throws, best throw kept.

SPARQ Ratings will be calculated for each participant that completes all events and will be posted on OkVarsity.com after the completion of the combine.

Players must have the release form completed and signed by a parent to participate in the combine. No exceptions!
